RSVP for the Annual ACCS Banquet Dinner

​Dear ACCS Members:
 
Hello and greetings from Beijing.
 
Each year, the annual ACCS banquet dinner is our chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones, all over good food and conversation. This year we will convene in Salt Lake City. 
 
Please note that the dinner banquet is scheduled for 5:30pm-7:30pm, on Friday November 9th, right after our ACCS business meeting (2:30pm-4:45pm, Hilton, Alpine West, 2nd level). You are invited! Please plan on meeting in the hotel lobby (Hilton) at 5:00pm and we can all share taxis, Ubers, Lyfts, etc. to the restaurant.
 
We are asking that you plan for roughly $25 per person to cover the costs of dinner (including tax and tip). We also ask that you share this invitation far and wide. We welcome all friends who would like to join us for the occasion.

Right after dinner please keep in mind 1) our annual “happy hour” will be from 8pm-10pm (location TBA), and 2) the ACCS will be hosting a mahjong table at the session, “An Evening of Mahjong” (Hilton, Salon I, Lobby Level; 8pm-10pm). We hope that you can drop-in to both at some point in the evening.
